Independence Day is just days away. Here are some fun desserts that will have you seeing red, white, and blue, courtesy of Martha Stewart!
Worried that you're not as skilled as Ms. Stewart? Pressed for time? Try the Flag Sheet Cake (bottom right). Here's a trick: pickup a pre-made (and pre-frosted) sheetcake from your local bakery. Use the tip of a toothpick to outline the shape of a flag on the frosting. Then decorate with blueberries and raspberries for an quick, easy, and super impressive Fourth of July cake!

  1. Great tip for the flag cake! I've seen them made a few times and I always thought it was such a cute idea - but I'm far from a baker. I'm so making one this weekend!
